Las Vegas weather guide

One of the prime requisites when booking any holiday is the weather and the weather in Las Vegas is one of the reasons why it's such a popular holiday destination. This self-titled entertainment capital of the world can lay claim to over 300 days of sunshine every year making it a perfect choice at almost any time of the year for your Las Vegas holidays. The summers are long and incredibly hot, reaching temperatures in excess of 40ºC in mid-summer. For a lot of people on their Las Vegas holidays, especially if they're planning on walking round and seeing the sights, it can be relentlessly hot at this time of year and your time is best spent in or around the pool during the daytime or else inside enjoying one of the many attractions. All of the hotels, casinos, restaurants and indoor attractions are air-conditioned so in this sense it doesn't really matter what the outside temperature is; If you're not going to be out in the midday sun that much or if you're a bit of a night owl you won't really notice anyway! However, the spring and autumn months are by far the best times to book that holiday to Las Vegas. With daytime temperatures in the high 20's to low 30's centigrade for April & May or September & October and the chance of rainfall at it's most minimal you can be almost guaranteed to have the perfect weather for your Las Vegas holidays.
