Ameritania
Housed in a beautiful Beaux Arts building just a few blocks away from Central Park, The Ameritania is a boutique hotel which succeeds at combining the charm of the old with the chic elegance of the modern. The marble-floored lobby, for example, is furnished with modern leather furniture mixed in with genuine antiques. All of the guestrooms are in the process of renovation.
For sightseeing, this hotel has a location that would be difficult to surpass. The 843 acres of activities and nostalgia that is Central park is only a few blocks away. The excitement and bustle of Times Square and the Theater District of Broadway are also within easy walking distance. In fact, the hotel is actually next door to the Ed Sullivan Theater where it is possible to see the David Letterman Late Show.
The Ameritania doesn’t have dining facilities of its own but the hotel’s staff are only too happy to advise on the restaurants in the area and can make reservations if required. There is a Martini lounge in the hotel where guests can relax and enjoy an award-winning Martini.

Deluxe - Double Double – 205 square feet/19 square metres
Containing two double beds, these rooms can accommodate up to four people.
