Hilton New York
The Hilton New York was built in 1963 and has become something of a New York attraction in its own right, mainly because of its association with the multitude of famous people who have stayed here. It has played host to every US president since John F. Kennedy and, closer to home, The Beatles resided here in 1963 when making their first visit to America to appear on the Ed Sullivan show. The rest, as they say, is history. If you choose to stay here you will certainly be in good company. It seems that everybody who is anybody has had a room here at sometime.
The hotel stands about 400 metres from Times Square and the theatres of Broadway. This central location means that it is conveniently close to most of New York’s famed tourist venues.
