The Marcel at Gramercy
The Marcel is a boutique hotel situated in the tranquil, mainly residential area of Gramercy. This location is ideally placed for visiting the nearby Financial District and also the popular tourist attractions of midtown Manhattan.
Just a short walk from the hotel is the lovely Madison Square Park. This old park offers a quiet place to stroll and gaze at the wonderful architecture of the area, the most prominent being the famous Flatiron Building with its distinctive shape. Not too far away, about a mile, is another even more recognisable shape, that of The Empire State Building. If you have time to visit the observation deck here you will be rewarded with the most amazing panoramic views.
The main attractions of the midtown area, such as Times Square and Broadway, are about a mile and a half from the Marcel and if you would rather not walk, there are subways which will whisk you there in a few minutes.
For wonderful views of the immediate area you won’t need to leave the hotel. The lounge on the tenth floor has a terrace which provides expansive views as well as a work area where guests can enjoy high speed internet access

The Inoteca serves up a wide range of Italian inspired meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Polar
Polar is a lounge bar which is situated on a sub-ground level floor of the hotel. It features private “booths” with their own sound systems so that you can choose the music you want to listen to as you sip your cocktail.
