Affinia Fifty
The Affinia Fifty is a boutique hotel with the atmosphere of an exclusive club. The stylish décor and modern furnishings blend together to create the feeling of staying in a fashionable apartment. The towering height of The Empire State Building is but a few blocks away and, in the opposite direction but just as handy, there is the vibrant buzz of Times Square and the theatres of Broadway.

The Club Room offers you a chance to unwind and take stock of the day. There is free wireless internet, a free weekly wine evening, complimentary coffee served during the day and access to the hotel’s book library and board games.

The Affinia Fifty doesn’t have a dining room but it offers an in-room dining service provided by a top restaurant. Continental breakfast is available in the Club Lounge.

Affinia 50 Guest Room – 280 to 350 square feet
These rooms are available with either one or two beds to accommodate a total of three guests. They all have a sitting area with a tea/coffee maker.
Affinia 50 Studio Suite – 350 to 450 square feet
These suites have two beds in the sleeping space. There is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation is for up to a maximum of four.
Affinia 50 Junior Suite – 450 to 550 square feet
These larger suites have either one or two beds and the living space also has a sofa bed. The accommodation includes a fully fitted out kitchen and can hold up to four guests.
Affinia 50 One Bedroom Suite – 550 to 650 square feet
These larger suites have a separate bedroom containing two queen beds or one king. The living room has a sofa bed and there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The suite can accommodate six people.
